tsyratt Report post Posted 09/12/2004 03:28 AM Hi All, I've had a good read of the forums, but I'm a bit confused on the capabilities of conferencing for larger applications. I would like to be able to host multiple conferences on an E1 (30 channels), with around 10 parties being the maximum in each conference. Is voiceguide able to support such functionality as yet? Are there any hardware recomendations? Any info appreciated!! Regs, Tim. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/12/2004 07:58 AM This will be supported very soon when VoiceGuide is used with the Dialogic DMV-B series cards. (See: http://www.intel.com/network/csp/products/8848web.htm) Share this post Link to post
Guest Guest_tsyratt Report post Posted 09/15/2004 01:39 AM Hi There, Thanks for the reply. OUCH! The DM series cards are somewhat expensive, what about some support for a digium (http://www.digium.com/index.php?menu=wildcard_e100p) and using the host PC's CPU as the DSP for the switching/conferencing?? Many thanks, Tim. Share this post Link to post
